Who are you?

We all deserve to feel safe, connected, and whole. Sometimes, things happen and we no longer feel that way. Maybe you don’t feel like “yourself”, who you think you are supposed to be, or who you think you ought to be. You might be stuck between the pull of two different identities, cultures, or parts of yourself. Maybe you want to seek understanding, find your place, gain a sense of belonging, discover your role or purpose, change, learn new skills, find support, or even a place to vent. You might be researching anxiety, depression, postpartum issues, C-PTSD, ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or any other diagnosis looking for answers. Or you might not even know what you’re looking for.

Regardless of what brought you here. You are here. You are looking to reach out and that’s a huge step. That’s bravery and strength. Let’s chat about it.

How Can I Help?

My therapeutic approach is integrative; with a foundation in Systems Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I celebrate my client’s intersectional identities, and tailor my treatment modalities to each specific person and need, so that your treatment is unique and you-centered.

I can help you sort through all of the different layers and systems piled on top of you to uncover who you want to be, and what direction you want to grow. We will work together to build a safe container so that we can identify, challenge, and then work to change any problematic thoughts/beliefs/behaviors, as well as address any trauma, build positive coping skills, and/or strengthen your support system.
